Summary

Cancellations
You can cancel anytime. When you cancel, your plan stays active until the end of your current billing period. You can resume before the period ends in Manage billing.
Refunds
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support as soon as possible and include the billing reference shown in your plan settings. Refund eligibility depends on the situation and may require verification.
Disputes (chargebacks)
If a payment is disputed, we may temporarily limit premium features until the dispute is resolved. This protects the platform and keeps billing transparent for everyone.
