- • No spam, lead spraying, or harassment.
- • No duplicate listings. Publish one listing per real unit and update it when something changes.
- • No scraping, automated data extraction, or attempts to bypass rate limits.
- • No bots that click the UI. If you need automation, use official integrations or the API when available.
- • Unlimited features are subject to fair use. If you manage a very large portfolio, talk to us about an Enterprise setup.
Rate limits
Rate limits keep search results clean and help prevent accidental duplicate publishes.
We do not rate limit browsing. We rate limit bulk actions that can flood the marketplace.
- Publishing or republishing bursts
- Bulk imports that create or update drafts
- Any attempts to automate the UI
If you hit a limit, wait a few minutes and try again. Higher plans may include higher import speed limits.
